Personalised products, photo approval, card messages, time-slot courier delivery and cargo gifts in one infrastructure. Same-day operations for boutique bakeries, gift and chocolate brands.
The customer writes, you see it, the photo goes for approval.
You define personalised fields such as name, age, photo or note on the product card; the customer fills them in while ordering and they appear on the order line and the production slip. A photo of the finished product goes to the customer; it does not leave before approval. If a rejection reason is chosen the product is remade; if the timer runs out the photo is auto-approved.
Courier and cargo products in the same cart, with separate rules.
Neighbourhood-level courier zones and time slots for fresh products; cargo zones and a cargo calendar (weekend skipping, order cut-off) for durable gifts. The customer picks a zone and sees only the products that can reach it and the slots that will really make it. With rapid delivery enabled, a "delivered in X minutes" badge shows in the lists.
Cart add-ons, campaigns, special day reminders.
When a product is added to the cart, complementary items are suggested: candles, balloons, cards, flowers. Tiered campaigns and discount vouchers grow the basket; abandoned carts come back with a reminder message. In the app, customers set birthday and anniversary reminders and you send the campaign at the right time.
Branch-level stock with ingredient and recipe tracking.
With several branches, an order routes to the right one by location. Recipe-based material management decides whether a product can be sold from a branch's stock; head office follows global reports and payouts are calculated automatically. The dealer app announces orders with a sound.
Ikost was built for same-day delivery operations; flower, cake, gift, chocolate and plant brands use the same infrastructure. The essentials for bakeries and gift shops, personalised fields, photo approval, courier/cargo separation and time slots, are standard.
Yes; the courier/cargo split is defined per product. A product that must not travel by cargo is sold only in courier zones.
The approval link goes by SMS or e-mail; if the customer does not respond in time the photo is auto-approved and the order is never held. You decide which products use approval.
You start from ready themes and edit the storefront yourself with the drag-and-drop design engine; we set up the first layout together during onboarding.
The Enterprise plan includes a native iOS and Android app published under your brand; special day reminders, push notifications and the wallet work in the app. See the Native Mobile page for details.
