The flower marketplace we started with Ikost has become the most important player in the sector today. My gratitude and thanks to Ikost for the support and development work.
Neighbourhood-level delivery zones, time slots, cut-off hours, courier and cargo separation, production flow and photo approval: the entire same-day operation runs in a single platform.
Zone, day and time rules flow straight into the storefront.
You set the earliest delivery day for every zone and the daily cut-off hour for every time slot. Remote zones close earlier, special days switch to their own slot list, and closed dates cannot be picked in the calendar. On the product page the customer sees only the options you can really fulfil, so the "it won't make it" phone call never happens.
Neighbourhood, district, city; even a mall or hospital name.
The customer types "Beşiktaş" or "Zorlu Center" into the box above the product lists; Ikost resolves the location, lists the products that can reach that zone, matches the right dealer and sets the delivery options by distance. Customers with a saved address pick it with one tap. The choice is remembered for 30 days across the whole site.
Catch a wrong delivery in the workshop, not at the doorstep.
Production starts the moment an order lands in the panel: card messages and dispatch slips are printed in bulk, the product is prepared and its photo goes to the customer by SMS or e-mail. The customer approves with one tap or rejects with a reason; if the timer runs out the photo is auto-approved and the order never waits. In the Enterprise plan the workshop or head office approves first, then the customer.
Order tracking page, three notification channels, live tracking on the lock screen.
Every status change in the panel automatically triggers SMS, e-mail and app notifications. Even a guest customer can look up an order with the order number and e-mail and see cargo movements. For app users, a lock-screen card updates live from "on the way" to "delivered". For cargo orders the carrier status is polled automatically.
Branches, dealers and marketplace sellers share the same delivery intelligence.
Every zone routes to the right dealer; the dealer manages its own orders while head office watches everything. The dealer app announces new orders with a sound and production begins. Dealer payouts are calculated automatically, so manual reconciliation ends. You grow from a few branches to a nationwide network without changing systems.
The flower marketplace we started with Ikost has become the most important player in the sector today. My gratitude and thanks to Ikost for the support and development work.
Since the day we started working with Ikost, we have seen that we are working not just with a website infrastructure, but with a strong technology partner that helps us grow our business. Thanks in particular to the same-day ordering feature they developed, we became able to serve our customers much faster and reached a level where we can compete in our highly competitive sector. With the conveniences their infrastructure provides, advanced stock control systems and continuously developed features, we started to manage our operational processes more efficiently. These contributions played an important role in significantly increasing our sales and turnover. They were also with us when we moved to the dealer system during our growth. Thanks to their support in managing dealer operations digitally, making processes scalable and business development, they made important contributions to RoseBox's growth journey. They do not see their job as merely maintaining the existing system; they keep developing the infrastructure with new solutions. Their fast responses to issues, the solution-oriented approach of their technical support team and the developments they make in line with our needs make our business processes much easier. Today we see Ikovan & Ikost not just as a software provider but as a strategic business partner contributing to our growth. We wholeheartedly recommend them to companies looking for a reliable, innovative and long-term partner in e-commerce infrastructure.
For us, the biggest difference of working with Ikost is this: when we raise a problem, the answer is never 'it can't be done' but 'how do we do it'. This solution-driven approach played a big part in Heryerbitki reaching its current scale.
Setup, cargo sales, missed slots and peak days.
Your delivery zones (neighbourhood, district or city), the delivery-day count for each zone and the time slots are defined; we build this table together during onboarding. Cargo zones additionally have a cargo calendar (weekend skipping, order cut-off hour).
Courier and cargo zones and products are kept separate. For cargo orders the estimated delivery day is calculated with Sunday/Saturday skipping and cut-off rules; with the Yurtiçi Kargo and DHL integrations, tracking information is shown to the customer automatically.
Because closing hours are applied per zone, a customer cannot pick a slot that would not make it. If a slot expires while the product waits in the cart, the system suggests a new one.
No; you decide per product and per store. If the approval link times out, the photo counts as approved and the order is never held back.
Ikost's infrastructure is built for special-day peaks: redundant publishing, CDN and automatic failover. Operations are planned ahead too, with earlier closing hours for remote zones and dedicated slot lists for special days. See the Infrastructure page for details.
In an online session we show the whole order chain live and sketch your zone and slot table with you.
